The purpose of the NVCC is to help improve the quality of life for all Nazko Valley community members, using local human resources; to establish programs, services and activities that focus on increasing self-worth, providing a creative learning environment, and encouraging respect for all members of the community and to promote members working together and developing the competence to effectively and proudly display their culture, history and lifestyle to Nazko Valley visitors.

Rates:
$15/hr/room for NVCC members
$20/hr/room for Nazko residents
$40/hr/room for non-residents
$500 for 50 hours for Nazko residents
$750 for 50 hours for non-residents
Membership Options:
- Voting membership for residents at no cost, but need to sign a membership form.
- Regular membership for residents $15/year single, $35/year family. Gives a discount on rentals and drop-in fees for activities: $3 rather than $4
- Activity passes, eliminates drop-in fees:
- $120/yr single, $240/yr family
- $60/6 month single, $120/yr family
Our Available Facilities
We have several great spaces available to rent for special events, courses, or workshops.
Tables, chairs, dividers, whiteboard or AV equipment can be arranged to enhance your rental. The gym, kitchen and foyer are normally only available for rental outside of school hours.
The Gym: Full size gym with pass-through access to kitchen and sound system. 3240 ft2
The Community Room: a meeting or activity room with sink and running water, large mounted white board and bulletin boards 493 ft2
The “Bingo” Room: large multi-purpose room with bright natural light. There is no sink or running water, but lots of space and a refrigerator.

The Kitchen: a full kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, 2 stoves and ovens, microwave and a fridge/freezer so you can prepare meals for your event. There are pass-through windows and doors to the gym and foyer.
The Foyer: This open area in the entrance to the building with comfy couches and seating for 8 at tables. A great space for an informal get-together or meeting.
